1. What is your pass rate?

Currently, our first attempt pass rate is 90%, and our second attempt pass rate is 100%

2. Do you have any former students I can contact?

Yes. Please contact us for a list of former students.

3. What if I began my training somewhere else?

This program is designed as a complete end to end learning experience. Starting in the middle is possible, but instrument training is all about currency, so training you have begun several months ago will not be very relevant.

4. What if there is bad weather during training?

It is extremely rare that weather will delay training. We are in an area that doesn't get thunderstorms, and usually the freezing level is several thousand feet above field elevation, even in the winter. The marine fog layer is the weather pattern that most affects us, and it rarely poses a problem.

5. What if the airplane breaks during training?

We have several FBOs on the field, and most repairs can be made the same day, or the next day.

6. What is included in the price?

All training and materials are included. The only additional costs are the examiner fee of $350, and hotel accomodations.

7. Where can I stay during training?

We have discounted rates worked out with local hotels.

8. What if I'm not ready in 10 days?

If you are not ready at the completion of 10 days of training, we offer another 2 days of training free of charge. If you are still not ready, we will provide another 1 day of training at 50% off our daily rate. Any additional training will be billed at the daily rate.

9. Will you come to my home airport for training?

Our experience has been that intensive training requires a students full attention. This program works best with a minimum of distractions. If the student is taken out of their local environment, they tend to be much more focused for the challenges of IFR training. We will gladly come to your location to get you and your airplane to our location. However, If you can't travel to us, we can arrange a course whereby we come to your location.

10. Will you train me for the written test?

We require that the written test be completed prior to beginning training.

11. Do you offer any accelerated commercial training?

Not at this time.

12. Do you offer any customized courses for my GPS system?

Yes. We offer specialized courses on most current generation GPS systems.
